that's the question you should be asking your self right now. I know 10 people that I can safely say were working hard today. Got in another great plyos workout on the snow covered field and followed up like Dave Barry said playing bball for like an hour. My legs are real tired.

Let's stop making excuses to ourselves and to our teammates and make the workouts. Did I want to cut my glorious "morning-after-slamming-beers-for-10-hours-last-night-shit" short and run around in the freezing? Absolutely not. But I'm committed to winning and training with my team. Start planning your days a little better so you can make these workouts if you're around.
All this training will be worth it.
