hey, sorry for the late notice... i had a lot of sleeping to catch up on this morning
here's the plan for the next three days:
today and tomorrow --- run 4-5 miles, slow recovery pace and REST... if you want to run today and rest tomorrow, cool. if you want to rest today and run tomorrow, good choice also
friday --- pick up with agility again... this'll be the 5th one of 7, getting close to the end (or beginning, depending on how you see it)
