we ramp it up again today with a set of agility workouts.
those in Delaware should meet at 4:00 pm (last time we had 12-14 people, I expect no fewer this time) on the fields behind the CSB. We will first be going for a short jog and then move directly to agility workouts. Bring sneakers for the jog and cleats for the agility.
If possible, PLEASE BE ON TIME. I want to get this in before it gets dark, which should be no problem if everyone is on time. Also, DRESS WARMLY.
