Yo its irish again,
I've been keeping up with the work outs but today I decided to switch it up and go swimming. I did an hour in the pool and probably swam something like 4000 yards or so... my arms are killing me.
I also switched up my ab work out cuz I heard somewhere that your abs get more cut if you do twisting-type shit. I dunno, maybe I made that up but it left some burning like I haven't had since that night of passion I had with Hamburglar, Holtz, and that bottle of honey dijon mustard.
... I've said too much.

Oh shit I just remembered. If any of you dudes live in the Monmouth County area and know how to get to Fort. Monmouth, my friend is organizing an Army (Military) Ultimate Frisbee league for the summer so shoot me an email or something if you're interested.
