Testing.
Ran for the first time since I re-injured my knee in December. The run was 25-30 minutes and im guessing i ran a little over three miles. The knee felt pretty good so i decided to head to the PLYOS Workout immediately after my run and i got to throw and complete the warmup. i didn';t want to push it anymore than that. the knee felt great until about 9 oclock when it got pretty stiff. ice and ibruprofen baby ha. it was nice to get off my ass and do something for a change. im looking to build up and join the regular schedule next week.
