Keegan's long ass post made me want to be at Delaware so much more to work out with you guys so that I could know I'm pushing hard with you guys. I did agility today and I ran as hard as I could in this amazing weather by myself. I unfortunately have no one to throw with so I spent 25 minutes throwing with myself and chasing the disc trying to hit certain targets. I honestly do not feel like I've been working as hard as possible even though I'm doing all the workouts and doing them hard. I know I can push harder. Instead of a weekend off I'm playing at least 20 games of full court basketball and I played 4 today. I also decided I'm done with more than 1 rest day per week. On other rest days I'll run or do agility again. As for throwing, I'll have to just keep it up by myself. I'll be down next week on tuesday or wednesday so I'll be there to do agility with you guys and throw/scrimmage.
