I started running again a few days ago. The first day, I ran a little further than my comfort level, but I wanted to break my legs in and then give them day off. Due to sitting behind a computer all semester, they were noticeably sore. I wanted to stretch them, so I did a short warmup combined with the active workouts mentioned earlier, followed by some mid-distance speed work. I woke up too late to run this morning, so I'll probably put in a few miles this afternoon. I'm going to try and rope in Bird/B-Thom to run with me. And to echo Kuger, if I can run in another country and still have enough strength to club until 3am, c'mon.
