So we also did plyos today as the schedule had for us. It was brutal, as triple said, my legs also feel like jell-o but it feels damn good to get through the workout. I've been trying to throw everyday and it seems like my throws are getting a shitload better. I'm pumped that when spring rolls around I'll be able to kick the shit outta other teams with the vets. If you guys know when you are definitely having pick-up at school post it cause it would be worth the drive down to get in some games.
