up to snuff

Alright so I came down to Delaware this weekend and wanted to see how I measured up against the guys who had busting their asses here at delaware.

First and foremost I wanna say that its obvious that the guys down here have been doing WORK. From top to bottom everyone was laying out, making plays, and generally understanding the game way more than before. I gotta say congrats to that because they are getting pretty fucking ridiculous.

To be honest, I'm jealous. I'm driving back home on monday with this feeling that I haven't been doing nearly enough to keep up. I can make up agilities and I can run harder than I have been. Beyond that, I can be healthier than I have been. This is a team that really cares about progress in the sort of way that makes you want to play harder every day. Even though I know I'm not as physically capable as our captains I know that I'm not even as physically capable as myself because I have yet to reach my potential best, if that makes any sense, and that situation makes me want to train harder.
