workout day 1
yo dawgs. went to the gym today. did chest and abs. on the decline bench i used a 45 lb weight and did 3 sets of 15 sit ups. grabbed a 8lb medicine ball and did 50 side to sides. also did bicycle abs. also fit in 3 sets of squats. then hit the bench. did normal bench press 3x15 then did decline bench and incline bench.. finished with a mile jog

Try to post the weights you used for your bench and squats. It makes it easier to track yourself, and puts a benchmark out there for eveyone else.
