spades- squat jumps
the only thing that sucks more than 38 diamond push ups in a row to end it were the 44 squat jumps right before it.
my friends bailed on the sprint workout we were going to do today because it was too cold so i ended up doing another deck of cards
hearts- burpies

spades- elevators (lie on your back with your legs off the ground a little. lift your legs pausing at the middle, top, middle again and bottom of each lift)
i shuffled a bit better this time
