Yo so i've been working out a fair amount and next week im going to my hs track practices and will be working out with them. For the time being try this out. Its called the ab ripper X, its a p90x workout for all of you who are familiar. Its tough and you really feel it. Here is part 1 and 2. It takes about 20 minutes.
