went to the gym today. started with leg press. put on 360lbs. did 10 reps. dropped 90 lbs. did 15lbs. dropped another 90lbs, did 20 reps. dropped another 90lbs did 25lbs. then did the same thing in reverse. did two sets of those. did sit ups with a 45lbs weight and used a 10 lbs ball to do side to side crunches. then did 360lbs. calf raises. 4x15. did free weight bench press 4x15 with 30lbs each side. finished with a half mile on the treadmill.

  1. Don't waste your time with leg presses. Studies have shown it does Nothing to help your vert. Watch some youtube(seriously) and do some normal old school squats.
