Thursday - Did a circuit workout I threw together. I did the 3 exercises in each circuit one after the other, took a one minute rest, then repeated the circuit.
Circuit 1 (3 sets)
Body weight squats x 20 (or hold weight out in front of you)
Dumbell Curls x 15 each arm
Dips x 15
Circuit 2 (3 sets)
Jump squats x 20
Calf raises x 25
Bench press x 15
Circuit 3 (3 sets)
Chin ups x 7
split lunges x 10 each leg (10 lbs in each hand)
Pull ups x 7
Ab Circuit (2 sets)
Superman hold 30 seconds
v hold 30 seconds
in and outs x 25
feet to sky x 25
elbow to opp. knee x 15 each side
6 inches 60 seconds
Friday - My brother got this TRX suspension workout thing for christmas so tried it out for some more ab work.
