I do not run, and really do not plan on running.
That being said, I will be back in DE on December 28, and will be starting a pretty serious set of weight training work outs. Anyone who feels like going and getting a lot stronger is free to join. You honestly do not need to know much about weight training to see results. I plan on doing some serious chest, back, and core work. I understand that weight training might not seem like the most beneficial thing to do for ultimate, but c'mon what is the worst that can happen?
Wildwood is only 6 months away, and it is almost Tank Top season.
Don't be a pussy lift weights.
