Saturday: Ran 5 miles 40 minutes
Monday: 2 mile run, Deck of cards (suicides, pushups, assorted abb exercises, squat jumps)
Tuesday (today): 2 miles warmup, same deck of cards, 8 40 yard sprints 4 70 yard sprints, repeat every deck of cards exercise until i couldnt do any more to finish it off. Mile cool down run.
