cause the hot british chicks and access to alcohol is absurdly distracting.
i did a deck of cards (mod) workout in my hotel room tonight instead of going out to a bar and spending 100,000 dollars on tequila like the last 2 nights
here it is:
warmup: jump rope ten minutes
hearts- burpees (w/ vert jump)
diamonds- dips x2
clubs- lunges x2
spades- dragon flags
pushups after every 10 - until fail
squats at halfway and completion - until fail
this was tougher than it should have been - i have work to do
