blasted my core yesterday with a little home workout. involved doing some exercises from the med ball 200 stuff, but with a text book cause i dont have a medicine ball at home. also, BLASTED the pecs doing around 80 push ups over a few minute span. since i'm a big queef, i would do as many as i could, take a minute or so to rest, then do it again.
