working
So I've been following the schedule, usually working around 5 miles. About 3.5 of those are running, the rest is a mix of some active stretching and sprint work (a mix of kuger and werblin's suggestions). Now that the first week is done, I'm feeling better. Today it was tough getting going (probably because it was the coldest day so far), but I felt better at the end today than any day so far. I usually try to mix in some situps, pushups, or pullups every other or every third day. And I've been trying some exercises to help increase the vertical...
