hitting the gym today

so today's the first lifting workout -- i'm not going to set a time up for this since schedules are pretty different, but everyone should get to the csb gym today and do some weightlifting. see the schedule for an example of a circuit workout that you might like to try

another workout that you might want to test out is the following:
warm up
max set of pullups (as many as you can do)
2 or 3 sets of abdominal exercises (situps, twists, leg lifts, bicycle, scissor kicks, etc.)
REPEAT five or so times or until your arms fall off
hit up a few other machines (pull down, rowing) or go swimming before calling it a day

i would say that the schedule is most flexible on weight lifting days since i have the least experience setting up these types of workouts (as opposed to plyos, agility, or running). so do what you want, but the schedule provides a suggestion if you're out of ideas. and your arms should be sore tomorrow.

PS. i'll be at the gym today around 6:30, then plan on doing some laps in the pool at the CSB to finish my workout if anyone wants to join
